What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day Wash & Wear Guarantee on your first pair of underwear. For all other items, including bras and apparel, products must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How should I care for my Knix products?
To maintain the longevity of your items, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and always lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
