At Knix, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most eligible items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
